01 How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Safe Storage account, please send an email from your registered email address to:

Please include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Reason for Deletion (Optional)
Our support team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.

02 What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

Upon successful verification and processing:

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated.
  • You will no longer be able to log in to the Safe Storage website or mobile application.
  • Personal information associated with your account will be removed from our active systems.

03 Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Tax and accounting obligations
  • Fraud prevention and security purposes
  • Resolution of disputes and enforcement of agreements

Such retained information will be securely stored and deleted when no longer required.
